Warranties & Guarranties
For new homes, as a Tarion-registered builder, we provide full coverage under Ontario’s New Home Warranty: a 1-year warranty for workmanship and materials, a 2-year warranty for systems and water penetration, and a 7-year warranty for major structural defects. For renovations, every project is backed by our own 2-year workmanship warranty, with materials, appliances, and equipment covered to the extent of manufacturer warranties. Together, these protections give you lasting confidence and peace of mind.
Lisence & Insurance
We operate with full compliance as a Licensed Home Builder by HCRA, backed by a General Contracters License, comprehensive liability insurance, and WSIB coverage for our crew. This ensures your project, property, and people are safeguarded at all times, giving you complete peace of mind.
