You’ll receive a practical checklist, recommendations grouped by priority and urgency, and a seasonal checklist to help prepare for spring and summer.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Maxamin Homes, we are offering a limited-time Complimentary Home Health Check for eligible properties within the Greater Toronto Area for a period of 6 weeks until April 30, 2026.
Eligibility
This offer is available to:
previous Maxamin Homes clients, regardless of project type
current owners of properties originally completed by Maxamin Homes since March 2006
As part of this anniversary campaign, Maxamin Homes will also offer up to 10 Complimentary Home Health Checks to 10 GTA homeowners new to Maxamin Homes.
The property must be located within the GTA.
Additional anniversary allocation for new homeowners
These participants will be selected from submitted requests during the campaign period. Submission does not guarantee selection or booking.
What the Complimentary Home Health Check includes
The Complimentary Home Health Check is a general, structured walkthrough conducted by the Maxamin Homes team to help identify visible or discussable areas of concern and opportunities for maintenance or improvement.
The walkthrough includes high-level observations and recommendations related to:
safety and general condition
water-related concerns
visible structure-related issues
HVAC and electrical observations at a general level
performance and energy-efficiency considerations
wear-and-tear items
cosmetic or convenience-related upgrade opportunities
Following the visit, participants will receive:
a practical checklist
recommendations grouped by urgency and importance
a seasonal maintenance checklist for spring and summer
Important disclaimer
The Complimentary Home Health Check is not a certified home inspection, engineering assessment, code review, or specialist trade report. It is intended only as a general home condition walkthrough based on visible conditions and limited observations made during the visit.
No destructive testing, concealed-condition investigation, permit review, or formal inspection report is included.
Availability
This is a limited-time 6-week anniversary offer until April 30, 2026, and is subject to scheduling availability, service capacity, eligibility review, and service-area confirmation by Maxamin Homes.
Booking and review
Submission of the website form does not guarantee a booking. All requests are subject to review and confirmation by the Maxamin Homes team.
For homeowners who are not previous Maxamin Homes clients and do not own a Maxamin Homes-completed project, participation is limited to the 10 GTA homeowners new to Maxamin Homes selected from submitted requests during the anniversary campaign period.
Service area
The offer is available only for eligible properties located within the Greater Toronto Area.
Limitations
Maxamin Homes reserves the right to:
verify project or property eligibility
decline requests that fall outside the scope of the offer
limit the number of appointments available during the campaign period
modify, suspend, or end the offer at any time

By submitting a request, participants acknowledge and accept that the Complimentary Home Health Check is a general walkthrough only and does not replace a certified home inspection or specialist assessment where required.
