Get to Know Each Other Call

Let’s get to know each other, hear more about your goals, and walk you through what working together could look like.

This introductory call is a simple conversation — not a sales pitch. It’s an opportunity for you to share your vision, ask questions, and better understand how we work before taking any next steps.

  • The introductory call typically lasts 15–20 minutes.

  • This conversation is meant to help us understand your goals and answer any early questions you may have. We may discuss:

    • Your project idea or vision
    • Your general timeline and priorities
    • Whether your project is a custom home, addition, or renovation
    • How our design and construction process works

There is no obligation to move forward — the goal is simply to see if we may be a good fit for your project.

  • If you already have a project in mind, sharing a few details beforehand can help us give more useful guidance.

You can optionally fill out our Project Inquiry Form before the call so we better understand your goals.

  • That’s completely fine. Many people book this call simply to ask a few questions or understand how the process works before making any decisions.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment using the Change / Cancel Appointment link included in your confirmation email.

  • If it feels like a good fit, the next step would be to schedule another free, hour-long consultation either at your property or at our office—whichever suits you best—so we can dive deeper into your project, your vision, and the possibilities ahead. If not, you’ll still leave the call with clearer insight into your options.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking, where you can also add the meeting directly to your calendar.

You will also receive a text message reminder 15 minutes before the call.
